This 8-week plan focuses on improving performance. You’ll increase work capacity, refine pacing, and learn to hold intensity under fatigue - so you can race stronger and smarter.

  • More confidence pushing intensity

Race Ready HYROX – Perform on Race Day.

For experienced athletes targeting a strong result.

This 8-week race-specific programme is designed to peak you for competition. Expect structured intensity, race simulations, and performance-focused training to ensure you arrive ready to execute.
